Terms

Beta terms of use.

These terms describe the current public beta. By using TokenMaxing, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits of an evolving service.

Beta availability

The desktop application is currently a macOS public beta. Local, cloud-sync, public-sharing, and team features may change as the product develops. Features shown as previews may not be generally available.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the telemetry you submit and for keeping account, source-key, and session credentials secure. You must have lawful authority to access any account, organization, repository, session data, or observability destination you connect to TokenMaxing.

Keep account and repository information accurate, and configure sharing only for data you are permitted to disclose.

Acceptable use

Do not use TokenMaxing to break the law, access data without permission, interfere with the service, evade security or usage controls, distribute malicious code, or expose another person’s private information. Do not probe, overload, or automate abusive traffic against TokenMaxing or its providers.

Usage and cost estimates

Token counts are derived from available tool telemetry and session records. Estimated costs are based on model pricing data. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and are not billing-grade records, invoices, or financial advice. Verify important totals against your model provider’s records.

Ownership and permission to process

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. TokenMaxing does not claim ownership of your telemetry, repositories, prompts, transcripts, or source code.

You grant the service a limited permission to receive, process, store, and display submitted data only as needed to operate TokenMaxing. That permission includes displaying data you explicitly opt into a public repository card or contributor view. You can change public-sharing settings for future display.

Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or remove beta features as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular release schedule, or that every integration will remain compatible. When practical, material changes will be communicated through the product or website.

Warranty and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that it will be error-free or fit every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TokenMaxing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. For help with account access or a data request, use the support path below.
