Support
Help with the beta.
Start with the checks below. If the problem continues, email the beta support channel with a concise description and non-sensitive diagnostic details.
No local data
- Confirm Claude Code or Codex has created local session usage on this Mac.
- Check that TokenMaxing can read the configured source directory; defaults are
~/.claudeand~/.codex. - If you use custom account directories, confirm each source path and tool are paired correctly in the collector configuration.
- Run a collector dry run to confirm records can be parsed without sending them.
Sign-in failure
- Confirm your network can reach the TokenMaxing and Clerk sign-in pages.
- Allow the browser handoff and return to the app after authentication.
- Quit and reopen the app, then retry with the same account.
Sync failure
- Confirm the Mac is online and the configured ingestion endpoint is reachable.
- Verify that each synced source has the source key created for that account.
- Retry once. If it still fails, include the app and collector versions, the time of the error, and the displayed status or error message in your email.
Update required
Install the current macOS beta from the download page, reopen TokenMaxing, and retry. Include both the app and collector versions if an update-required message remains.
Product support
Email support@tokenmaxing.app with the affected feature, what you expected, what happened, your app and collector versions, and the approximate time of the problem.
Privacy and account requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information and synced usage data, email privacy@tokenmaxing.app.
Include the email address used to sign in, your connected GitHub username if applicable, the organization name if the request involves a team, and a clear description of the records and action requested. Additional verification may be needed before an account-related request can be completed.
